Please give us up to 3 days to send you your online viewing gallery. Afterwards, give us up to a 7-14 days turn around on retouches from the time of selecting photos for editing. There are times where you may get you retouches back sooner, but there isn't a guarantee. To guarantee a return at a sooner expected day, you may do so by paying the additional rush fee. (Wedding turnaround times are in contract.) If you need your work rushed, meaning your skipping the line of all of our other clients, there will be an additional fee if it's realistic.

All monies paid are non-refundable. No call, no shows count as a cancelled session. If you are running behind for your session, please call. If you do not call or arrive by 15 minutes after start time, then you are considered no call, no show. To avoid any cancellation fees, please reschedule you service more than 48 hours of your appointment. If you reschedule your service within 48 hrs. of your appointment, you will be charged an additional retainer fee.

All shoots DO NOT come with all RAW images (unedited images straight out of camera). However, they can always be purchase for an additional fee of $150.

Yes, to secure a session, a $50 retainer is required at the time of booking. Event photography, videography and photo booth retainers vary, but you will be prompted to leave a retainer at the time of booking. All monies paid are non-refundable.

As soon as you know that you would like to work with us, we highly recommend you book as we receive bookings months in advance. We would hate to miss out on the opportunity to work with you or not be able to have your final product back to you in time!

I love to show show the great work that I produce with my clients so when you book with me, you are allowing me to display my work that I produce with you on my website, social media platforms and studio in the most professional way. I hope to display the work I produce with you next! If you wish to avoid this, please do not book or you can pay an additional fee of $150, which is what some of my clientele does depending on the type of work. Thank you!

We recommend you book around a year in advance. If you wait until the just a few months or month of the event to book, just cross your fingers that we are available for your special day!

Generally it's 1-2 weeks but if it is an extensive project, you'll be notified for longer turnarounds.
